A Resolution directing payment to the
Kitsap County Humane Society for services
performed in accordance with City Contract
No. 1604, dated February 27, 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton signed a contract on February 27,
1974, to pay to the Kitsap County Humane Society on the first day of
each month of Calendar Year 1974 the sum of $2,662.99; and,
WHEREAS, the City has paid only $2,398.00 to the Kitsap County
Humane Society on the first of each month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON that the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Kitsap County
Humane Society from the funds appropriated in the General Miscellaneous
Budget the sum of $1, 589. 9B for the amount owed for the period January
1, 1974, to June 1, 1974, and to pay to the Kitsap County Humane Society
from the aforementioned funds on July 1, 1974, and on the first day of
each succeeding month of Calendar Year 1974, the sum of $2,662.99, in
accordance with the terms of Contract No. 1604.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this llth day of June, 1974.
