WHEREAS, the Improvements to Port Washington Narrows West Side by
Construction of Sanitary Sewer
and the doing of any and all other work in connecbion therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 313 ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday the 3rd day of July
19.74 , at 10:00 A.M., P.O.S.T., of said day, st the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll end,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO, that the City Clerk be end he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearlng by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times In the offlcial newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prlor to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prlor to said hearlng, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may dealre to object to said assessment roll shall do so by
Flling written objections with the Clty Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
PASSED by the City Counoll, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 29th day of May, 1974.
