A RESOLUTION setting date of hearing for the
Donald P. Parkhurst Right Of Way Vacation
Application for April 24, 1974, at 10:00 a.m.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to consider
the vacation of that right of way described as follows:
The North 2.00 feet of the driveway shown
as 14.00 feet in width and being adjacent
on the South line of Lot 2 of that Plat
of Bremerton View Addition as recorded in
Volume 4 of Plats, page 107, records of
Kitsap County, Washington.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2334 requires that a
hearing on petition to vacate portions of City property shall
be held by the City Council on a date set by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, not more than sixty days (60) nor
less than twenty days (20) after the date of adoption of said
resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton
shall hold a hearing on the resolution to vacate the above-
described property and that said hearing shall be held before
the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 24th day of
April, 1974, at 10:00 a.m. at the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, Bremerton, Washington; and it is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the City Clerk shall post notice for twenty (20) days of
the filing and hearing of said petition to vacate, said notice
to be posted on the above described property and in three
(3) conspicuous public places.

signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 27TH day of March, 1974.
