A Resolution authorizing signatures on Account at
0lympic Savings and Loan Association.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize new signatures on Account at
0lympic Savings and Loan Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON that the funds
of the undersigned be and the same are hereby authorized to be added to or
paid into a savings account in 0lympic Savings and Loan Association ad that
said institution be and it is hereby authorized to pay withdrawals until
further notice to it signed in the name of the City of Bremerton
as indicated below by any one person or persons, whose signatures
below. Said institution further is authorized to accept a pledge of all or
any part of said account as security for any loan made by it to said organiza-
tion executed in its name by the signatories indicated in the pre-
ceeding sentence. Said institution is authorized to supply any endorsement
fop the undersigned on any check or other installment tendered for this account
and it is hereby relieved of ay liabilities in connection with collection of
such items which are handled by it without negligence and it shall not be
liable for the acts of its agents, sub-agents or others for any casualty.
Withdrawals may not be made on account of such items until collected, and any
amount not collected may be charged back to this account, including expense
incurred, any other outside expense incurred on account of this account
may be charged to it. AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES:

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentlcation of such passage this 9th day
of January, 1974.

copy of Resolution No.1580 adopted by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
at a regular or duly called special meeting at which a quorum was present, and
shown are the true signatures of the persons authorized to sign as indicated
in connection with said Account.
