A RESOLUTION settling claim of
J. E. COLLINS DIVERS.
WHEREAS, J. E. COILINS DIVERS has submitted a claim for
payments of $6,633.99 pursuant to contract No. 1506; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton maintains that the
amount owing on said contract is $2,415.00; and
WHEREAS, it is understood that this is a doubtful
and disputed claim and it is in the best interests of the
City of Bremerton to compromise this claim; and
WHEREAS, J. E. Collins Divers has agreed to settle this
claim for the sum of $3500.00; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
That J. E. Collins Divers be paid the sum of $3500.00
in full and final settlement of its claim pursuant to contract
No. 1506.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 24th day of December, 1975.
