A RESOLUTION authorizing entering into
an Agreement with Tracyton Water District.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is desirous of obtaining
a site for water storage facilities and said site is presently
owned the Tracyton Water District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CItY OF BREMERTON:
That the City of Bremerton shall enter into and execute
that certain Agreement, Deed and Easement dated the 22nd day of
OCTOBER, 1975, with Tracyton Water District and the
contents thereof are hereby ratified and confirmed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 22nd day of October, 1975.
