WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is agreeable of
providing water service to Murray-Franklin, Inc., located
in area outside the City limits of the City of Bremerton and
Murray-Franklin, Inc., is desirous of receiving said service;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton that an agreement with Murray-Franklin, Inc., should
be entered into and that certain agreement dated the 13TH day
of AUGUST , 1975, between the City of Bremerton and Murray-
Franklin, Inc., is hereby ratified and confirmed.
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 27th day of August, 1975.
