Home My WebLink About1650 CERTIFIED COPY OF RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED BY A WASHINGTON CORPORATION 1060 The undersigned secretary of Bremerton City Treasurar - City of Bremerton a Washington corporation, does hereby certify that the following is a full, true and cosect copy oF a resolution duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the company, duly called and held in the manner provided in the by-laws of the company on the 10 day of January, 1975 at which meeting a quorum was present, to-wit: RESOLVED: That the PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON be and is hereby designated as a deposita~ for the funds of this corporation, and that a bank account shall be opened and kept xvith the said PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON in the name of this corporation. RESOLVED FURTHER: That the said PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON be and it is hereby authorized to honor and pay checks drawn in the name of this corporation and signed by ROBERT B. STEWART, Commissioner of Finance RICHARD L. GOODPASTURE, Treasurer PAULA J. HORNING, Operation Clerk whether said checks be made payable to the corporation, to cash, to such offficer or officers individually, or others, and whether such checks or the proceeds thereof are used for comp~tny purposes or by any officer or officers individually, or otherwise, and without regard to any notation or memorandum made upon such checks. BE lT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said bank be and the same is authorized to cash or pay to such officer or officers all checks payable to this coloration either as payee or endorsee upon the endorsement of said officer or officers made in their official cap:icity or individually, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That there shall be no obligation on the part of said bank see to the application of funds in any case whatsoever, and that a true copy of this resolution be certified and deliver- ed to said bank on the opening of said account.
