RESOLUTION No. 1653
City Council, City of Bremerton
Granting Authority to Sell and Assign Securities.
At a meeting of the City Council:
of the CITY OF BREMERTON
duly called and held on the 25th day of June nineteen hundred
and seventy- , a quorum being present, it was on motion:
five
RESOLVED, that the following officer, namely, the Treasurer be and here-
by is authorized and empowered to sell, assign and transfer any and all stocks,
bonds, evidences of interest and/or indebtedness, fights, and options to ac-
quire or to sell the same, and all other securities, corporate or otherwise,
standing in the name of, or belonging to, the City of Bremerton Employee
Retirement System in any capacity.

Bremerton, do certify that the above is a true cop/from the minutes of said
meeting of the City Council, and a true cop/of the whole of said resolution,
that said Resolution is in full force and effect as of the date hereof, and
that Richard L. Goodpasture is City Treasurer
(Name of Assigning Officer) (Title of Assigning Officer)
of the City of Bremerton, and that the above resolution does not conflict with
the By-Laws of the City of Bremerton.

No. RB849 herewith, standing in Bremerton Employees Retirement Fund name on the
bookds of said City of Bremerton and do hereby irrevocably constitute and appoint
BACHE & CO INC attorney to transfer the said bond on the books
of the within named with full power of substitution in th premises.
