A Resolution providing for the termination of
the Architectural Services Contract between
the City of Bremerton and William T. Fraser
relating to the design of the Community Theatre/
Recreational Facility.
WHEREAS, the present architect has stated he will not provide additional
work unless he is funded, and
WHEREAS, in the presence of the City Commissioners and Community
Theater Building Committee he has agreed to resign from the project, and
WHEREAS, the funding has not been forthcoming in a timely manner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the architect's services he
terminated with his concurrence in writing on this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 7th day of May, 1975.
