A RESOLUTION imposing a ceiling on
salaries of City Employees
WHEREAS, this City Council by ResolUtion 1622
resolved to give its full support for theimposition
of wage controls, and
WHEREAS, the negotiations for salary increases
in 1975 present us with the opportunity to exercise
restraint in wage increases; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON that a ceiling of $20,000.00 per annum
shall be set on the salary paid to any City Employee
for the calendar year 1975.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the '
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 9th day of January, 1975.
