WHEREAS, certain property within the City of Bremerton
has been found to be surplus to the reasonable foreseeable needs of
the City and that the sale of said property is for the common benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the below named
property is declared surplus and may be sold by the City of Bremerton:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 24
North, Range 1 East, W.M. in Kitsap County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning 278.65 feet South and 1,328.83 feet
East of the Northwest corner of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 21; thence South 132
feet; thence East 330 feet; thence North 132
feet; thence West 330 feet to the point of
Beginning; EXCEPT that portion lying West
of Poindexter Avenue, AND EXCEPT Poindexter
Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such adoption the 15TH day of September, 1976.
