A RESOLUTION revising the rates for equipment use
for equipment in the Equipment Rental Fund effective
September 1, 1976 and superseding the rates establish-
ed by Resolution 1643.
WHEREAS the rates established for Equipment Rental Fund equipment
by Resolution 1643 have not proved sufficient resources for equipment re-
placement, and for maintenance and operating costs: The monthly reserve
rate specified is for each piece of equipment regardless of use. The hourly
operation rate is to be charged for hours actually used.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the rates established in Resolution
1643 are superseded by the rates set forth in the following chart:
