A RESOLUTION setting date of hearing for the
Lindsey et al Street Vacation, for August 4
1976, at 10:30 a.m.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to consider the
vacation of the right-of-way described as follows:
A portion of Crawford Drive and Kitsap Way 16.80'
on either side of Crawford Drive; 20' along Kitsap
Way abutting a portion of Lots 28 and 29, Block l,
Brentwood Park.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2334 requires that a hearing on petition
be held by the City Council on a date set by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, not more than sixty days (60) nor less than twenty days (20)
after the date of adoption of said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall hold a
hearing on the resolution to vacate the above-described property and that
said hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of Bremerton
on the 4th day of August, 1976, at 10:30 a.m., in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Bremerton, Washington; and it is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that the
City Clerk shall post notice for twenty (20) days of the filing and
hearing of said petition to vacate, said notice to be posted on the above
described property and in three (3) conspicuous public places.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 7th day of July, 1976.
