A RESOLUTION setting the date, time and place
for a public hearing on the Dubos Right-of-Way
Vacation as November 30, 1977, at 10:30
in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Brem-
erton, Washington.
WHEREAS, Jacques A. Dubos and Naomi Dubos have requested
a right-of-way vacation on real property described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 4, First Addition to Anderson Cove,
as per plat recorded in Vol. 7 of plats on p.
records of Kitsap County. Situate in Kitsap County,
Washington.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the
issue of whether said vacation should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation re-
quested by Jacques A. Dubos and Naomi Dubos for the above-described
real property shall be held on November 30, 1977, at 10:30 a.m., in
the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 26th day of OCTOBER, 1977.
