RESOLUTIOH adopting the "City of Bremerton Shoreline
Management Master Program" its goals, policies, regula-
tions and procedures intended to implement the policy
and requirements of the Shoreline Management Act of 1971.
WHEREAS, The Shoreline Harlagement Act of 1971 is law in the State
Washington, and
WHEREAS, certain duties, obligations and responsibilities have thereby
become incumbent upon the City of Bremerton, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has performed the required steps under
the Shoreline Management Act of 1971 in the preparation of the Shoreline Management
Master Program, and
WHEREAS, the following Shoreline Management Master Program is the
Master Program for the City of Bremerton
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TltE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON, WASHINGTON
1. The attached document entitled City of Bremerton Shoreline Manage-
ment Master Program (Parts 1-7) is hereby adopted as the Shoreline Management
Master Program of the City of Bremerton.
2. Effective date October 5TH, 1977.
PASSED AND APPROVED on this 5TH day of October, 1977.
