A RESOLUTION setting date of hearing
for the McConkey Right-of-Way Vacation,
for August 31, 1977, at 10:30 A.M.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to consider
the vacation of the right-of-way described as follows:
That portion of the alley abutting lots
1 through 3 and lots 14 through 16,
Block 1, Lucy Smith's First Addition,
City of Bremerton, situate in Kitsap
County;
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2334 requires that a
hearing on petition to vacate portions of the City property shall
be held by the City Council on a date set by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, not more than sixty days (60) days nor
less than twenty days (20) after the date of adoption of said
resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall
hold a hearing on the resolution to vacate the above-desribed
property and that said hearing shall be held before the City
Council of the City of Bremerton on the 31st day of August, 1977,
at 10:30 A.M., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Bremerton,
Washington; and it is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the City Clerk shall post notice for twenty days (20) of the
filing and hearing of said petition to vacate, said notice to be
posted on the above-described property and in three (3) conspicuous
public places.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
