RESOLUTION NO. 1727
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bremerton, Washington, declaring
Wayne Sweeper parts surplus to the needs of the City and authorizing
their sale to the City of Port Orchard.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton no longer owns a Wayne Sweeper
that can use certain parts now in the inventory of the Municipal Garage, and
WHEREAS, the attached list of parts and one tire are now surplus
to the needs of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has a Wayne Sweeper that has
the capability to use the surplus parts and tire, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is willing to pay the City
of Bremerton's inventory price for these surplus items,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TltE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the attached list of Wayne parts and tire are hereby declared
to be surplus to the needs of the City of Bremerton, and
That they be sold to the City of Port Orchard at the City's inventory
price, and
That the City Clerk is authorized to complete the transaction.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 1st day of June, 1977
