WHEREAS the City of Bremerton has been requested to es- tablish a citizens committee to investigate complaints concerning emergency medical service in the City of Bremerton. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON That a committee composed of three Bremerton citizens be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Bremerton, said appoint- ments to be confirmed by the City Council sitting as a whole, to investigate citizen complaints concerning emergency medical ser- vices in Bremerton. That this committee shall meet with the Mayor to es- tablish its goals and operating procedures concerning the handling of said complaints. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti- cation of such passage this 4th day of May, 1977. ROBERT B.
