A RESOLUTION revising the rates for use of
equipment in the Equipment Rental Fund ef-
fective May 1, 1977 and superseding the rates
established by Resolution 1686:
WHEREAS the rates established for Equipment Rental Fund equipment
by Resolution 1686 are inadequate for equipment replacement, and for main-
tenance and operating costs: The monthly reserve rate specified is for each
piece of equipment regardless of use. The hourly operation rate is to be
charged for hours actually used.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the rates established in Resolution
1686 are superseded by the rates set forth in the following chart:
