RESOLUTION NO. 1711
A RESOLUTION directing the hiring of Lee
Johnson and Associates, for preparation
of an Environmental Impact Statement
for a downtown urban renewal program.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to consider the
redevelopment of a portion of the City; and
WHEREAS, in connection therewith it will be necessary
for the City of Bremerton to have prepared an Environmental Impact
Statement regarding certain actions it may reasonably be expected
to take; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City of Bremerton shall hire Lee Johnson and
Associates, for preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement upon
the herms and conditions of that certain contract between Lee Johnson
and Associates, and the City of Bremerton, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 16th day of March, 1977.
