A RESOLUTION directing the hiring of James D.
Braman, Jr., as the designated responsible official
for reviewing and implementing an Environmental Impact
Statement for a downtown urban renewal program.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to consider the
redevelopment of a portion of the City; and
WHEREAS, in connection therewith it will be necessary
for the City of Bremerton to have prepared an Environmental Impact
Statement regarding certain actions it may reasonably be expected
to take; and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the City of Bremerton to
designate a responsible official to review and implement any Environ-
mental Impact Statement as set forth in the laws of the State of
Washington and the rules, regulations and guidelines of its various
departments and agencies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City of Bremerton shall hire James D. Braman, Jr.,
as its designated responsible official upon the terms and conditions
of that certain contract between James D. Braman, Jr., and the City
of Bremerton, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 16th day of March, 1977.
