WHEREAS, the Improvemonte to the Alley from 12th to 13th between Elizabeth
and Warren, by the iNstallation of Asphaltic surfacing and drainage structures
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 320
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
CitV Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, the 16th day of February,
1977 at 11:15 A.M. P.S.T. of said day, at the Council Chambere, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the CitV Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at leset five times in the official newepaper, the laet
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of seid
hearing and shall further, give notice of seid hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll do so by
filing written objections with the City Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 19th day of January, 1977. , i977.
