WIIEREAS, Patricia L. Stone, 525 Lebo Blvd. B-2, Bremerton~
Washington, 98310 has requested a sewer easement vacation on real
property described as follows:
Lot 105, First Addition to Sheridan
Park
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the
issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the sewer easement vacation requested
by Patricia L. Stone for the above described real property shal] be held
on Tuesday, January 9, 1979, at 10:30 A.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
