A RESOLUTION revising the rates for use of
equipment in the Equipment Rental Fund effective
January 1, 1979 and superseding the rates estab-
lished by Resolution 1722:
WHEREAS the rates established for Equipment Rental Fund equipment
by Resolution 1722 are inadequate for equipment replacement, and for main-
tenance and operating costs: The monthly reserve and operation rate speci-
fied is for each piece of equipment regardless of use. The hourly reserve
and operation rate is for specialized equipment and inter-departmental
billing of all equipment. Minumum charge for equipment usage will be two
hours.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the rates established in
Resolution 1722 are superseded by the rates set forth in the attached chart
identified as Schedule A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 12th day of December, 1978.
