A RESOLUTION relating to supervisors and
confidential employees employed by the City
of Bremerton.
WHEREAS, the Agreement by and between the CITY OF
BREMERTON AND WASHINGTON STATE COUNCIL OF COUNTY AND CITY EMPLOYEES,
LOCAL NO. 2052, AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL
EHPLOYEES, excludes supervisors or confidential employees from such
agreement, and
WHEREAS, supervisors and confidential employees are not
part of the bargaining unit covered by such agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton desires to abide by the
negotiated agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Employees of the City of Bremerton who are super-
visors or confidential employees as established by their particular
job description will not be members of the union; and
FURTHER, that union dues will not be deducted from the
payroll checks of those persons qualifying as supervisors or con-
fidential employees.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by khe Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such adoption this 24th day of October, 1978.
