A RESOLUTION designating residential
parking permit areas. (Zone 1, Zone 2,
and Zone 3).
WHEREAS, verified petitions of at least 2/3 of
the residents of designated Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 have
been filed with the City, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has
recommended that Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 be designated as
residential parking permit areas in accordance with pro-
cedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No.
3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following Zones be designated as residential
parking permit areas:
Zone 1 - 2600 Block Coontz between Callow &
Montgomery.
Zone 2 - 300 Block No. Lafayette between Rogers &
Farragut.
Zone 3 - 102-110 State Street.
FURTHER that in Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, a four
(4) hour parking time limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such adoption this 17th day of October,
1978.
