A RESOLUTION establishing an annual
fee for residential parking permits.
WHEREAS the City Council is required to establish an annual fee
for residential parking permits, and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered the amount necessary to pay
the administrative costs of permits issued and other costs related
to the establishment and maintenance of a residential permit
parking area,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City Council hereby establishes
an annual charge of Twelve ($12.00) Dollars for such residential
parking permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such annual charge shall be due and
payable at the rate of One ($1.00) Dollars per month for such resi-
dential parking permits.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
adoption this 19th day of September, 1978.
