A RESOLUTION setting out the date, time
and place for a public hearing on Peoples
National Bank Right-of-Way Vacation for
Sept. 12, 1978 at lO:3O A.M. in the City
Council Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton,
Washington.
WHEREAS, Peoples National Bank, 190 Pacific, Bremerton,
Washington 98310, has requested a right-of-way vacation on real
property described as follows:
Alley running between First and Second Streets as
per plat of the Town of Bremerton, Block 9, abutted
by Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 on the west side and
Lots 8 and 26 of the east side, as recorded in
Volume 2, Page 30, records of Kitsap County, WA.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on
the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY 0P BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by Peoples National Bank for the above described real
property shall be held on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 1978 at 10:30 A.M.
in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street,
Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor' and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 8th day of August, 1978.
