A RESOLUTION declaring property within
the City of Bremerton surplus.
WHEREAS, certain property within the Clty of Bremerton
has been found to be surplus to the reusonable forseeable needs of'
the City and that the sale of said pr'operty is for. the common benefit,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the below named property
is declared surplus and may be sold by the City of Bremerton:
That portion of Block 35 in the plat
of C.D. Hillman's Navy Yard Addition,
as recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page
129, records of Kitsap County, Washington;
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot
11, Block 3, Third Addition to Sheridan
Park as per plat recorded in Volume 8 of
Plats, page 64, records of Kitsap County;
thence East 170 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence South 125 feet; thence
East 60 feet; thence North 125 feet; thence
West 60 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Brementon,
sjgned by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 11th day of April 1978.
