A RESOLUTION repealing Resolution No. 1785
and designating residential parking permit
areas (Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3)-
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1785 is hereby repealed; and
WHEREAS, verified petitions of at least 2/3 of the residents of
designated Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 have been filed with the City; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has recommended that
Zone i, Zone 2 and Zone 3 be designated as residential parking permit areas
in accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance
No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following Zones be designated as residential parking permit
areas:
Zone 1 - 2600 Block Coontz between Callow & Montgomery.
Zone 2 - 300 Block No. Lafayette between Rogers & Farragut.
Zone 3 -102-1~0 State Street.
FURTHER, that in Zone 1 and ZOne 2, a four (4) hour parking time
limitation be established. Zone 3 has previously been designated a two (2)
hour parking time limitation.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 24th day of October, 1978.
