A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on Mrs. Ken H. Wills Right-of-Way
Vacation for January 8, 1980 at
10:30 A.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, WA.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Ken H. Wills, 1018 Trenton Avenue, Bremerton,
Washington, 98310, has presented a petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way
on real property described as follows:
That portion of East 11th Street
(formerly Telegraph Avenue) running
from the East margin of Trenton
Avenue (formerly Sixth Street) and
the West margin of Shore Drive
(formerly Water Street} as shown on
the plat of Grand View Addition to
the Town of Decatur.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the issue
of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation requested by
Mrs. Ken H. Wills for the above-described real property shall be held on
Tuesday, January 8, 1980 at 10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the' City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 4th day of December, 1979.
