A RESOLUTION changing the hourly labor rate
and establishing the use of "flat rate" time
by Equipment Rental Department.
WHEREAS the hourly labor rate in use by the Equipment Rental
Department is not sufficient to meet the needs of the department and
is unrealistic in relation to rates charged by commercial garages in
the area; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to regulate charges to conform to a
national norm:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the hourly rate of
Equipment Rental Department is $23.00, effective October 15, 1979,
FURTHER, that charges for shop labor will be calculated on
"flat rate" basis according to Motors Flat Rates Manual.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this day of October, 1979.
