A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on BRC Partnership, James H. Robinson
Right-of-Way Vacation for October 23,
1979 at 10:30 A.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, WA.
WHEREAS, James H. Robinson, 4904 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, Washington,
98310, has presented a petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property
described as follows:
That portion of Block A, Oyster Bay
Addition to Port Orchard Navy Yard,
as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of
Plats, page 63, records of Kitsap
County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the SW corner, said
Block A; thence N 1 DEGREE 00'49" E along
the W line of said Block A a distance
of 119.85 ft to the SE margin of
Ki~sap Way and the TPOB; thence N
47 DEGREE 52'57" E along said margin 72.44
ft; ~hence N 42 DEGREE 07'03" W 10 ft; thence
S 47 DEGREE 52'03" W to a point N 1 DEGREE 00'49"
E of the TPOB; thence S 1 DEGREE 00'49" W
to the TPOB.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the issue
of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation requested by
James H. Robinson for the above-described real property shall be held on
Tuesday, October 23, 1979 at 10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 2rid day of October, 1979.
