RESOLUTION NO. 1824
A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (Zone 17).
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated Zone 17 has been filed with the City; and,
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Works has recommended that
Zone 17 be designated as a residential parking permit area in accordance
with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking permit
area:
Zone 17 - 4th Street between Chester and Warren (both sides)
FURTHER, that in Zone 17 a two-hour parking time limitation be
established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 18th day of September, 1979.
