A RESOLUTION relating to bail
standards for on street parking
areas & desiqnated as "No Parking
2:00 AM to 6:00 AM"
WHEREAS the processing of certain vehicle parking
regulations have resulted in increased adminisitrative costs;
and in the interest of standardizing the fine for all vehicle
parking violations;
NOW, THEREFORE ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON , WASHINGTON
That the Chief of Police shall set the amount of
Five ($5.00) dollars as bail for violations of the vehicle
parking laws in areas designated as "No Parking 2:00 -
to 6:00 AM" within the City of Bremerton.
DONE IN OPEN SESSION this 18th day of September, 1979.
