RESOLUTION NO. 1822
A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on Jacques A. Dubos Water Easement
Vacation for September 25, 1979 at
10:30 A.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, WA.
WHEREAS, Jacques A. Dubos, 3601N.W. Longhorn Drive, Bremerton,
Washington, 98310, has requested a water easement vacation on real property
described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 4, First Addition to
Anderson Cove plat recorded in
Volume 7 of plats, Page 68, records
of Kitsap County
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the issue
of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the water easement vacation requested
by Jacques A. Dubos for the above described real property shall be held
on Tuesday, September 25, 1979 at 10:30 A.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 4th day of September, 1979.
