A RESOLUTION regarding the improvement
of State Route 3, Sinclair Inlet to
Oyster Bay.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the holder of certain
easement rights for sewer line facilities; and
WHEREAS, in the improvement of State Route 3, Sinclair
Inlet to Oyster Bay by the State of Washington, Department of
Transportation, it is necessary for the State of Washington to
acquire title to said easement rights; and,
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Mayor and
Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, it appears to the said
Mayor and Commissioners that it will be for the best interest of
both City of Bremerton and the State of Washington that City of
Bremerton convey said lands to the State of Washington by Quit
Claim Deed for MUTUAL BENEFITS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Bremerton
in accordance with RCW 47.12.040 and through its Mayor and
Commissioners to execute and deliver said deedto the State of
Washington, Department of Tranportation.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 31st day of July, 1979.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
In the Matter oy State Route 3, Sinclair Inlet to Oyster Bay.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Grantor city of Bremerton,
a municipal corporation
and in consideration of their HUTUAL BENEFITS
convey s and quit claim s to the State of Washington, the yollowing described real estate and any
after acquired interest therein, situate in Kitsap County, in the State of Washington
to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein grantcd had been acquired under Eminent Domain
statute of the State of Washington:
All recorded and unrecorded easements for sewer line facilities located within the
right of way limits of SR 3, Sinclair Inlet to Oyster Bay in accordance with terms
and conditions of Agreement GC 2948 executed on the 19th day of November, 1971.
the specific details concerning all of which are to be found w~thin that certain map of definite location
now of record and on file in the oBice of the Secretary of Tra~isportation at Olympia and bearing date of
approval June 6, 1969
