A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (Zone 12),
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated Zone 12 has been filed with the City; and,
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Works has recommended that
Zone 12 be designated as a residential parking permit area in accordance
with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking permit
Zone 12 - Fourth Street, Veneta to Chester (both sides)
FURTHER, that in Zone 12 a two-hour parking time limitation
established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 17th day of April, 1979.
