A RESOLUTION setting out the date, time
and place for a public hearing on Gregory
Shildmyer Right-of-Way Vacation for April
24, 1979 at 10:30 A.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City ltall, Bremerton, Washington.
WHEREAS, Gregory Shildmyer, 905 Weslon Place, Bremerton, Washington,
98310, has requested a right-of-way vacation on real property described as
follows:
That portion oF Kitsap Way (SR3 PSH No. 21)
within the following described property:
That portion of Government Lot 4, Section 16,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
described as follows:
Commencing on the East line of said Government
Lot 4 where it intersects the center line of
State Highway No. 21; thence North 1 23'03"
East along the East line of Government Lot 4,
573.22 feet to shore line of Oyster Bay; thence
North 77 OO West 87.16'; thence South 12 45 36
West 468.65 leet, more or less, to the North
margin of State Highway No. 21 and the true
point of beginning; thence North 12 45'36" East
40'.00 feet; thence South 84 35 32 East 155.37
feet; thence South I 23 03" West 1OO.OO feet,
more or less, to the North margin of State Nigh-
way Ne. 21; thence Northwesterly along sajd
North margin and continuing in a straight lioe
to the Southerly extension of the westerly line
of the following described property:

Commencing on the East line of said Government

87.16 feet; thence South 12 45'36" West 468.65 ft;
more or less, to the North margin ot State llighway
No. 21 and the true point of beginning; thence North

Highway No. 21; thence Northwesterly along said
North margin to the true point of beginning.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the issue
of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation requested by
Gregory Shildmyer for the above-described real property shall be held on
Tuesday, April 24, 1979 at 10:30 A.M. ir the City Council Chambers, City
Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 3rd day of April, 1979.
