A RESOLUTION modifying and amending
Section 27(3) Rate Schedule of
Bremerton Community Antenna Television
Franchise Agreement between the City
of Bremerton and Olympic Tv Cable, Inc.,
dated April 2~ 1975, establishing a new
rate schedule therein.
WHEREAS Olympic ~V Cable, Inc. has presented appropriate
dataindicating that changes in its rates are necessary for continued
effective operation; and
WHEE~AS, the City of Bremerton has reviewed the data
presented by Olympic TV Cable, Inc. and deems the proposed rate
increases to be appropriate; and
WHEP~AS, there has been an approDriate Public hearin~ on
the issue of the rate increases proposed by olymoic my Cab]e, Inc.,
and all necessary proceedings for rate increases have been conducted,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU~]CIL OP TH~ CImY OF
BREMEnTON, WASHINGTON
That Section 27(3) Rate Schedule of the Bremerton Community
Antenna Television Franchise Agreement between the City of Bremerton
and Olympic TV Cable, Inc., dated April 2, 1975, is herebv modified
and amended to read as follows:
(3) Rate Schedule. GRANTEE shall have authority to charge
and collect rates not to exceed the following schedule except as
provided in Section 8(1)(b):
(a) Standard rates and charges:
i. Connection charges
(aa) Initial outlet - $20.00
(bb) Additional outlet within the
same living unit, each - $10.00
(cc) Reconnection of outlet - $10.00
(dd) Each repositioning of outlet at
same location ("relocation") - $10.00
ii. Monthly rates:
(aa) First outlet - $8.90
(bb) Additional outlet within the
same living unit, each - $1.60
(b) Multiple living unites (Apartments, resthomes,
hospitals; contained within one structure or

group of structures within one comolex, where
all units receive service and all service is bille8
to one customer; minimum of five units.):
i. Installation charged at time and materials
ii. Monthly rates per outlet:
Number of outlets:
1 - 35 50% of basic rate
36 - 75 35% of basic rate
76 or more 30% of basic rate
(c) Motels and Hotels. (Units contained within one
structure or group of structures within one
complex, where all units receive service and all
service is billed to one customer):
i. Installation charged at time and materials
ii. Monthly rates per units:
Number of Outlets:
1 - 35 44% of basic rate
36 - 75 32% of basic rate
76 or more 35% of basic rate
(d) Disconnection. There shall be no charge for
disconnection of any of the aforementioned instal-
lations or connections. If a subscriber has
failed to pay a properly due monthly subscriber
rate sixty (60) days after the due date of said
fee, GRANTEE may cause disconnection of the sub-
scriber's cable installation; however, upon pay-
ment in full of the delinquent subscriber fee,
GRANTEE shall promptly reinstate the subscriber's
cable service at the reconnection rate.
(e) If the customer pays in advance twelve (12)
months, the customer will receive thirteen (13)
months of cable service, EXCFoT premium movie
channel service.
