WHEREAS, the improvements to the Alley running from 15th St to 16th St between
Warren Ave. and Broadway Ave. by construction of drainage structures and asphalt
surfacing
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith, has been completed
and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 322, providing for the
assessments for said improvements has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tuesday, the 27th day of March
19 79 , at lO:30 A.M.,P.S.T. of said day, at the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place of
the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of tbe time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last pub-
lication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said hearing
and shall further, give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at least 15
days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the different
properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the address of such
owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll shall do so by filing
written objections with the City Clerk on or prior to the date set for hearing.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 27th day of February, 1979. 19 ~
