Th~ there shall be, and is hereby established six (6) voting prectncEs i~ the City of ~re~mrton.. . · Sec. E. i'hat the boundries of ?recinct No. i shall be ~s follows: Commenciag a~ the intersection of the center line of Sixth S~reet with the center li,~e of Pacific Av,?nue to the intersection ~1' the center line of the alley on the we~t side of Pacif$c Avenue between Second [~treet ~.nd Bu~vell Avenue; tt~ence running west to the intersec~i, ~f the center line of ~he alley on the east side of the United ~.tatos Oovernme~ Yard; thence r~mnins' sou~h along the center line of said alley to the intersec,~ion the inner harbor line; thence northeasterly and northerly to the intersection of the~ center line of ~ixth S~reet extended to the said inner harbor line; thence west ~lon~ the center li~e of said Sixth Street to place of beginni¥~g. Sec. ~. That the boundries of the second voting precinct of said City of Stem-: erton shall be as follows: Cm.,m~encing at the inS.ersection of the center line of Sixth ~treet with the center line f Pacific ~.venue; thence ~ing north alon~.~ the center~ ~ine of Pacific Avenue to the intersection of said center line with the inner harbor~ line; thence easterly and southeasterly along said inner harbor line to the interseo~ tion of said ha_bet line with the center line o.f Six:,h ~;treet; ;,hence west along the~ center line o.~~.
