AN ORDIN~d~CE establishing grades with grade elevations on that portion of
Broadway extending north from Evelyn Stalest to t~e intersectio~ of Dye's Ir'~let.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
1. That the grade elevation of Broadway in the City of Breme~'ton shall
be as follows:
At the north margin of ~'
~elyn Street, east and west, Z7 feet.
At the south margin of Ralph Street , east and west, 46 feet.
At the north margin of Ral~oh Street, east and west, 46 feet.
~ft the south margin of Nelson Street, east and west, 56 feet.
At the north margin of Nelson Street, east and west, 46 feet.
At Dye's I~le.t, or Statics Thirty, as shown on the plans and
specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer of
the City of Bremerton, east and west 65 feet.
2. All the grades of ~aid streets shall be uniform hetwee~ the p~ints
above grade; :~aid points are e:~pressed in feet above city datum point or line.
~. This ordinance shall ta~e effect and be in force from five ~5) days
after its passage, approval and publication according to la~.
