AN 02~DIN~,~CE amending Ordinance No. 505 entitled an ordinance approving
and confirming tke assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 6~, and fixing
the time for the issuance of bonds.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 505 entitled: "f~ ordinance appro,
ving and confirming the assessmen~ roll of Locsl Improvement District No. 6~," and
fixing the date of issuance of bond~, be amended so that ~hen amended the same ~:hall
read as follows:
Sec. 4. That the first day of August, A. D, 191~, be a~d is hereby fixed
as date of the issuing of the bonds required to be issued on account of said
improvement, the same to be issued In serial numbers from one (1) to
[ ), both inclusive, or so ::tach thereof as ~:~ay be necessary to provide for
th~ uncollected portion of said special assessment due or owing on 'said district on
said date, the same to be in smns of One I[undred (~100.00) Dollars each, except the
first, which shall be for such fractional part ~f One Hundred Dollars as shall t~en
be remaining unpaid, the s~e to bear interest a~ the rate of seven per cent ( 7 per
cent) per am~um, payable annually."
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall ~ake effect and be in force from f'ive (5)
days after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
