regulation and control of all lmrbor area lying within the limits of Second Street as
extended across said harbor area. ratifying and a~proving any lease which may be
executed by said Port 0f Bremer~on and authorizing the execution by the Mayor and
0ity Clerk of the City of Bre.~erton of any lease which may hereafter be fo~d proper,
convenient or necessary in relation thereto.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. That there is hereby granted to the Port of Bremerton, a municipal
corporation, the full right of regulation and control off all lands and area lying
between the inner and outer harbor lines of the City of Bre:,~erton within the limits
of Second Street as e~:tended a~ross said harbor area to the full extent which the
City of Sremerton can grant the~control and re~D~latf~on thereof.
Sec. 2. That for and in consideration of the benefits accruing or which
shall hereafter accrue to the public, the said Por~ of Bremer~on is hereby authorized
to execute any lease or leases of said area referred to in Section One of this
Ordinance, to any person, persons, corporation or corporations which it may deem
wise or necessary for the public use, and any such lease or leases are hereby rati-
fied and appr:oved by the City Council of the said City of Bremerton.
Sec, Z. Th--~t the ~ayor and Clerk of the City of Bre~er~on be and they are
hereby authorized to Join in the execution of any lease or leases for the said area.
should the same at any time be found wis~e, expedient or necessary.
Sec. 4. T~is Ordinance shall be in full force and effe~t from :five ~5)
days after its passage, approval and publication accordi~j to law.
