limits; Sixth ~treet from its intersection with ~ar~'en Avenue west to the city
limits; Concord Street from its intersection with Ch~m~erAvenue west to the
city limits; Eighth ~treet from its intersection with Warren Avenue west to its
intersection wi~h Chester ~reet; Chester Street north to its ~ntersection with
Boston StresS; Boston 'treet from its intersection with Chester S~reet west to
the city limits.
Also beginning at the intersection of ~Yarren Avenue and the center
line ~f the east and west alley of Blocks One and Six, Dietz's Addition to the
City of Breme~ton, thence west along the tempter line of said alley 661.~ feet
to the center line of Chester Street.
Also beoinn~ao at the intersection ~f ~arren Avenue and the center line
of ~e east and west alley in Bl~oeks ~o and Five, D~etz's ~ddition to t]~e City
of Bremerton, thence west along the said center line of said alley 66~ feet to the
center line of ~hester Street.

other co nections as may be fo~d proper, convenient ~nd necessary for the
p~Letion of said i~np~-ove~ent in a. work~anlike manner in accordance with plans and
s,ecifications prepared, or to hereafter be pre~ared, b~,~ the ~'~'ity Engi~eer of the
City of Bremerton; all in accorda~ce w~th a resolution p~ssed by ~he City Council
of '~he City o~' Bremerton on the 6th day of January, A. D. 1914, and creating a
loc~:~l imp~rovement d strict therefor and providing for the payment of the .~ntire
amo~mt of said improvement to be ~.~de by special assesmuents on the ~roperty in

Sec. 2. Theft the entire cost and exDense of ~aid improvement, including
