HomeMy WebLinkAbout0437 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and Assessment
roll on Local Improvement District No. 88, under Ordinance No. 412, for the
improvement of Elizabeth ~treet and other streets all in the City of Bremerton,
by grading, sidewalking and guttering the same and levying and assessing the
amounts thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land and other
property as shown on said roll and establishing a Local Improve~ent Fund.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the assessment roll and assessment of Local Improve-
ment District No. ~§ fer the impsrovement of Elizabeth Street and other streets
all in the City of Bremerton by grading, sldewalking and guttering ~the same
under Ordinance Mo. ~12, as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby
in all things approved and confirmed.
Section E. That each ~f the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other
property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted
by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that
the ass.~-~ssment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assess-
ments appearing upon said roll. here is hereby levied and assessed against
each lot, tract, parcel of land and other property appearinf upon such roll the
amount flnall~ cha~ged against the same thereon.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement,there is hereby
created and established a sl~ecial fund to be called "Loc~l Improvement Fund
District No. 55"
Section &. That the 20th day of January,191~, is hereby fixed as
the date of issue of the bonds to be issued on account of this improvement.
Section 8. This Ordinance shall be of full force and effect from fi~
days after its passage, approval and publicatiom.
