stances over paved streets;
The City Council of the City of Bre'~,erton do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to haul g~avel,dirt
or any other substance ever any paved street in the City of Bre~aerton in any
vehicle whose bed is leaky or in such condition as to permit such gravel,
dirt or other substance t~ waste ~ fall upon the ~reet. t st~a!l likewise
be unlawful for any person to drop, deposit or allow to be dropped or depos-
ited on any paved street in the City of Bremerton, any gravel, dirt, or other
s~bstance.
SECTION 2. An~ person violating any provision of this Ordinance
shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not more tha~u One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars or less than Fifty(~50..00) Dollars.
SEC~ION 3. This Ordinance shall 'be of full force and effect from
five days after its passage, approval and publication.
