The City C~:.unc[~_ of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:

City of 2~emerton under seal of said City, a Deed conveyi~g to the County oF
Kits~:,p County, t~e fol!o?.,ing described property, towit;
All of I.ot ;t~'~o and Lot of Bloc,~ #7 of the Original plat o:~
Breme~ton. The said property to be ~sed by the said C~unty of Kitsap as a
,site for, the Court House Building i~ vase the County seat shall be removed
from Por~ Orchard to Bremerton at the ensuing election on November~5th,1912.
As a conside~ation for the said .property, it 'shall be provided
in the said deed that the City of Breme?ton shall, at all times, have the
right and privilege to such portion of the building erected ~s may be n~c-
essary for the use of the City of Bremerton as a City Hall and City Jail,
provided that in no event shall such area or part oF said bui[[ding so used
by the 0ity of Bre,erton exceed one-third of the said entire buildiag or
buili~n~s~ : erecte~ on the said premises. The divis'[on of space and all de-
ta[!s connected therewith shall be decided by the Boar:l of Cot~nty Commiss-
ioners and the City Council of the City of Bremerton ac~ing jointly, the
sa~dBoard having one vote and the sa;_d City Council one vote, and in the
event of a disagreeme~t as [o any Feature by and between the said Board and
the said Council, such disa,greeme~t shall be determined by reference to some
third party to be selected and approved by the mutual agreemont'of ]~,oth the
said Board and the said Council.
SECTION 2, It is further provided that a copy of this Ordinan~e
shall be attach~::d ~o and ~c]e p~rt of the Deed that will be executed uuder
the provid!ons of this Ordinance and that said Deed shall be exec~ted.imm~,-~-
iate!y upon the taking effect of this Ordinance and shall be deposited escro~,~~
with the understanding lhat the same shall be delive~-,ed to the Board of
Count~~ Commissioners in tt~e eveati, bat the electors of the County f ~(itsap
shall dete~mine at the election on November 5th;1912, to remove the s~id Cour~
seat From Port 0rcham:t to Bremer~n.
SECTION 3. This '{dinance shall be in full for~e and e feet f~'om
five days after its passa,ge,ap?roval ar:d publi, cation.
